The often-overlooked part of litigation
A court case can occupy your mind even when you are not in court. You may find yourself carrying it into your sleep, your relationships and your daily life.
01You keep thinking about the case even when you are away from court.
02You may find it difficult to sleep peacefully.
03Uncertainty about what will happen next may create fear or anxiety.
04Anger, confusion or constant worrying may begin affecting everyday life.
05The case may gradually start occupying more of your mind than you want it to.
“The immediate problem is not necessarily the legal outcome. It is the loss of peace while the journey continues.”

Experience with perspective
I’m Adv. E.P. Badri Narayanan, Advocate High Court and Litigation Peace Coach, and the founder of Litigation Peace Academy.
I have spent 35 years in the legal profession, handling cases of various kinds, predominantly civil matters.
I served as Central Government Standing Counsel in the High Court of Bombay at Goa for two terms. My professional experience also includes work with nationalised banks, insurance companies and multinational companies.
Over the years, I have come to recognise that a court case can affect much more than the legal position of a person. Fear, anger, anxiety, confusion, sleeplessness and family tension can gradually take away the peace of a litigant.
My work focuses on this often-overlooked part of the litigation journey—not to promise a particular court outcome, but to help people remain peaceful while pursuing their cases.
“A court case is one part of your life—not your entire life.”
